Observation

Staff were not fully qualified. The group sizes in the spaces exceeded 30 children. The staff to child ratio was also exceeded. Charles has not completed SA basics and was unsupervised with at least 17 children. Sheena Mathew and Lindsey Tang were responsible for 17 children each for a total of 34 children which exceeded the group size and capacity of cafe 1. Neither Sheena or Lindsey meet the qualifications of a lead. Lindsey was unsupervised with her group at one time as they were in the portable (only 13 children during that time).
